Experience a close encounter with the gentle giants of the ocean by joining
an informative and educational whale-watching trip.
The boat is licensed to approach the whales upto 50m, and they can then
decide whether or not to come closer and investigate. Being naturally
curious, they often come right up to the boat.
The custom built luxury catamaran 'Miroshca' complies with all safety
regulations and its configuration provides spectacular viewing and comfort.
With a qualified, registered skipper and whale specialist as your guide, you
are sure to have a unique experience at sea.
Details of our boat trips are as follows :
Duration : approx. 1hr 30m - max. 3hrs (depends on where the whales are that
trip) Duration of trip is normally about 2hrs.
Departures : 9H00 - 12H00 - 15H00
Time of year: Approx -June/ July to early December, it all depends when the
star performers arrive and depart.
All Trips subject to weather conditions
What we usually encounter : Southern Right Whales, seals, penguins and
marine birds. We are fortunate enough to encounter dolphins, Bryde's (our
resident whale throughout the year - not very friendly, unfortunately rather
shy, and Humpback whales on certain trips.)
Safety/protection : we have built a "private floating jetty" to enable our
passengers to embark/disembark with ease.
Oilskin jackets and life jackets are provided.
All necessary, approved safety equipment is on board
No of passengers : registered to carry 70 passengers
"Miroshca" is a 70 seater catamaran, built for stability and comfort.
Toilet facilities on board
Light refreshments are included, no extra charge: cold drinks, mineral
water, chips, etc

All trips are subject to weather conditions and therefore may be cancelled
at short notice.
Passengers added comfort
Passengers should bring the following ; hats, sunblock, cameras, binoculars,
and jackets.
Seasick tablets should be taken in advance, if needed, as per instructions
on packet.
One can also purchase bands that you wear on your wrists - it works on your
pulse point, we have had numerous passengers that say it definitely works.
